  • Person-to-person learning: at the Scottish Government, helping the organisation re-balance formal and informal learning by giving individuals the skills for taking ownership of their own learning and development.

  • Leadership Development: for the Scottish Local Government Improvement Service, elements of an Operational Management Development Programme - Influencing, Networking, Communication, Project Management.

  • Leadership development: management of flagship 'Exceed' programme for NHS Scotland, spreading the approach across NHS regions with the valued help of Phil Roycroft and Phil Maugham of Terra Nova Training.

  • Management and Communication Skills: training courses delivered to deliver game-changing benefits for corporate clients including SportScotland, Perth & Kinross Council, others.

  • 'The Coaching Manager/Supervisor': a culture change programme for every manager and supervisory layer in Scottish Water,  involving over all senior and middle managers plus first-line supervisors.

  • Self-Development Group for Office Personnel: development training and individual coaching support for office and managerial staff in haulage, financial services and leisure sectors on behalf of the Dfee.

  • Scottish Natural Heritage: taking the organisation to a first successful IiP assessment, managing a number of learning initiatives including coaching, management development, maximising informal learning.  

  • Alzheimer Scotland: starting up the training function from scratch across Scotland and working on a range of skills, attitudes and sometimes difficult issues around services for older people.
